Policy for Peer Review

IJMSRT (International Journal of Modern Science and Research Technology) recognizes the vital role of reviewers in maintaining academic quality and integrity. Reviewers are essential contributors to the scholarly publishing process, providing objective, unbiased, and constructive evaluations of submitted manuscripts.

Reviewers are expected to conduct reviews with professionalism, confidentiality, and academic responsibility, ensuring that editorial decisions are based solely on research merit.

Reviewer Eligibility Criteria

To maintain high academic standards, IJMSRT follows the guidelines below for reviewer selection:

1. Reviewers should hold a PhD degree from a recognized university or possess equivalent academic research experience.

2. Reviewers must have at least five research publications in reputed academic journals.

3. Reviewers are required to thoroughly evaluate manuscripts to support a fair and effective review process.

4. Reviewers may receive publication benefits as per journal policy, subject to peer-review contributions.

5. E-certificates for reviewers are provided upon successful completion of reviews.

6. Reviewers may receive editorial guidance and professional insights from the journal’s editorial team.

7. Dedicated support is available for reviewers through official communication channels.

Ethics, Confidentiality, and Transparency

IJMSRT strictly maintains confidentiality throughout the peer-review process. Reviewers and authors are not permitted to interfere in each other’s responsibilities. In cases where a manuscript is rejected, authors are informed with appropriate feedback within 3–5 working days.

Each manuscript is reviewed by at least one subject expert. If a reviewer consults another expert opinion, the confidentiality of all parties involved is strictly preserved.

Online publication is completed after successful review and editorial approval, following the journal’s publication schedule.
