Article Processing Charges (APC) are applicable only after a manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been officially accepted for publication.

• Indian Authors: ₹1,499/- (INR) per accepted article + 18% GST (as applicable)

• International Authors: USD $45 per accepted article (Taxes, if applicable, as per local regulations.)
  
  Note: GST is applicable only to Indian authors as per Government of India regulations. The final invoice will include the applicable GST amount.

Publication Timeline

• Initial Editorial Screening: 1–2 Working Days
• Peer Review Process: 2–5 Working Days
• Online Publication: Within 2–3 Working Days after completion of all formalities

Important Policy

• APC is charged only for accepted manuscripts.
• Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
• Payment alone does not guarantee publication.
• Authors should not make payment until they receive an official acceptance email.

Refund Policy

The APC is non-refundable once the editorial and publication process has commenced. Withdrawal after acceptance or publication processing is not eligible for a refund.
