Thyroid gland disorders are the most common endocrine disorders worldwide, next only to Diabetes Mellitus. Hypothyroidism can be caused by permanent loss or atrophy of functional thyroid tissue (Primaryhypothyroidism) or insufficient stimulation of normal thyroid gland due to pituitary or hypothalamic disease (Secondary hypothyroidism) often accompanied by compensatory thyroid gland swelling. In this article, three cases discussed which were presented with symptoms of Hypothyroidism (Supported by Laboratory Investigations). After obtaining repertorial totality and repertorisation, homoeopathic medicines were prescribed. Administration of individualized homoeopathic medicines changed abnormal Thyroid stimulating hormone levels to normal value as well as improvement in symptoms.
