The rapid expansion of digital payment infrastructure has changed how consumers make everyday transactions. Cashless methods such as the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), mobile wallets, debit and credit cards provide speed and convenience, but their continued use depends on trust, perceived security, ease of use and awareness. This descriptive study examines perceptions, usage and preferences regarding cashless payments among 43 respondents who completed an online structured questionnaire . The questionnaire combined profile and usage questions with eleven five-point Likert statements.
